Here's a list of recommended diving sites on Carabao Island

Lanas Wall
Start Depth: 5 Meters
Maximum Depth: 18 Meters
Rating:

This is an excellent dive site for beginners and training dives. The reef table and wall is covered with hard corals and leather corals. Many damselfish , nudibranches . It is also a favorite for night dives and is a good spot for macro photography.
Lanas Garden Wall
Start Depth: 5 Meters
Maximum Depth: 25 Meters
Rating:

A very nice dive site for further training dives and on the right tide time for drift dives for experience divers. Additional to the Lanas Wall there is a chance to encounter turtles and sea snakes.
Huge chance of seeing turtles.
Pinnacle
Start Depth: 30 Meters
Maximum Depth: 40 Meters
Rating:

You want to be experienced to enjoy this dive. There is a long way through the blue until you see the environment and probable sweetlips, lapu lapu, jacks and snappers.
Carabao's Coral Garden
Start Depth: 4 Meters
Maximum Depth: 16 Meters
Rating:

A perfect dive site for the Discover Diving Program with calm and clear water at the most times. Also a great place to try out or practice underwater photography. A nice variety of corals and reef fish.
West Wall
Start Depth: 5 Meters
Maximum Depth: 40 Meters
Rating:

One of the top dive sites on Carabao Island. A big wall with small holes, good soft, leathery and stony corals on the reef-top and prolific fish life on and off the wall. The fish include trumpetfish, cardinalfish, fusiliers, titan trigger fish and anemones with clownfish.
Huge chance of seeing turtles.
Canyon
Start Depth: 6 Meters
Maximum Depth: 25 Meters

Another nice dive site with interesting rock formations and a little swim through. The large variety of reef fish includes surgeon fish, butterflyfish, angelfish, damselfish, lionfish, scorpionfish, pufferfish, parrotfish and starfish.
The Slope
Start Depth: 5 Meters
Maximum Depth: 18 Meters

The Slope gives you a lot of sandy bottom to practice your dive skills like buoyancy while have a look at hard and soft corals as a lot of reef fish like sergeant major, moorish idol and Nemo.
Cathedral Cave
Start Depth: 8 Meters
Maximum Depth: 40 Meters
Rating:

Stunning dive site for experienced divers. Untouched caves in a wall. Big enough to enter and see amazing fan corals. And the chance that you see some large pelagic species in the blue. Big schools of moorish idols! Only important to catch the right tide!
Village Reef
Start Depth: 10 Meters
Maximum Depth: 20 Meters

During the off season in Carabao, Habagat ( wind comes as usually from south-west) there is still the chance to have a dive at the other side of the island as there is also during the Amihan ( wind as usually from north-east) a possibility. The reef has profuse soft, leathery and table corals and there are good stony corals down the drop off. The variety of reef fish includes surgeon fish, butterflyfish, angelfish, damselfish and sea stars and sea cucumbers down on the sand.
The Slide
Start Depth: 6 Meters
Maximum Depth: 30 Meters

Another dive on the other side of the island. By the possibility to go 30 meters we might have the chance to see pipefishes, nudibranchs and shrimps as much more of macro life.
Yapak
Start Depth: 30 Meters
Maximum Depth: 40 Meters

This dive site between Carabao and Boracay Island is more or less quite famous around the Philippines. Only for very experienced divers cause it is a drift dive starts with a negative entrance with a spectecular blue water decent. It begins at 30 meters and drop down to 70 meters where you may encounters with white tip and grey reef sharks, big tuna, groupers, napoleon wrasses and giant trigger fish. The surface conditions after the dive while waiting for the boat to pick you up can be rough.
